Venere Rice (Or French Revered) Is A Black Rice, Grown In The Po Valley, In The Lombardy Region Of Italy. The Black Rice Is Chinese And Not Grown In Europe. It Is Rich In Minerals, Fiber And B Vitamins The Vegetable Flavor Has Hints Of Hazelnut. It Goes Well With Meat, Poultry, Fish Or Seafood. The Revered Rice Is Also Used In Traditional Chinese Cake Recipes.
