This Rhubarb Stalks Red Variety Frambosa, Was Selected By The Ponthier House For Its Tangy Sweetness And Rich In Fiber. Cultivated In Southern Poland On The Black Earth Of A Continental Climate In Spring, It Has Been Freshly Harvested Ripe. It Is Then Gently Thinned And Cut Sheets Below And Above The Tear Cut In Order To Preserve Its Petioles Or Mark Them Brown.
