These premium quality wakame can be used in salads, sunomono, or soups. Soak the wakame in a generous amount of cold water for 3 to 5 minutes. They will double in volume once rehydrated. Drain them well and season to taste. Umami vinegar for sunomono seasoning pairs perfectly with these seaweeds.
