The color is golden yellow with a beautiful shine.

The Nose is sublime, with notes of yellow flowers and apricots particularly prominent. Other yellow fruits are also present (peach, nectarine) and a hint of pear.

The Palate is fresh and fruity. It reveals floral and more gourmet notes. A rich wine with aromas of candied white flowers and under-ripe exotic fruits.

A superb little wine that will delight lovers of white wines that are not very "acidic". It will pair perfectly with fish dishes but also with white meats or spicy dishes such as a tagine.
