Sherry vinegar - 50 cl

Sherry vinegar is a dark brown liquid, with a woody aroma and a rich flavor with notes of walnut and Madeira. Vinegar is a product obtained exclusively through the double alcoholic and acetic fermentation process of liquids or other agricultural substances. It is registered in the register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications under the name "Vinaigre de Jerez (PDO)". Madeira, a fortified wine from Portugal, owes its name to its place of production: the Madeira archipelago. This wine was enriched with alcohol by mutage, thus contributing a sweet taste to Sherry vinegar. Imported from Andalusia, in southern Spain, this product can be used to prepare delicious sauces after deglazing the cooking juices from meat or vegetables.
