White wine vinegar (sulfites).

Médelys white wine vinegar offers a translucent pale yellow liquid and a typical flavor, with a well-present acidity. This vinegar is a product obtained exclusively by the double alcoholic and acetic fermentation process of liquids or other agricultural substances. It will be perfect for making sauces that will wonderfully accompany your crunchy vegetables and fish. Also essential for your marinades and for making onion jams or pumpkin chutney with raisins, for example.
