Ingredients

Spirit vinegar (60%), mango purée (28%), cane sugar, natural mango flavouring

Mangoes are harvested when ripe, then mixed with vinegar and sweetened with cane sugar to promote the fermentation of the fruit juice. This vinegar is the result of a double fermentation of the mango puree: an alcoholic fermentation followed by an acetic fermentation.

This sweet vinegar with a very strong taste can be used in small touches on your raw vegetables, foie gras, fish, and desserts.
