The White Vinegar Is Colorless, With Acidity 8%

Ingredients

Spirit vinegar

White vinegar is very useful for certain cooking applications, such as poaching an egg: in simmering water, pour a teaspoon of white vinegar while creating a whirlpool that will welcome the egg.

Let cook for 3 minutes and serve on a delicious salad or a slice of smoked salmon with Hollandaise sauce. It is also very useful for all sorts of fish marinades.
