Three Pepper Penja Whole - 160G

This pepper, grown in Penja, Cameroon, is characterized, on the one hand, by its naturally rich and balanced volcanic soil and, on the other hand, by the precious spring water essential for the production of some of its berries. When aerated, the nose expresses animal and vegetable notes from the white Penja pepperberries, balsamic and fruity notes from theblack Penja pepper, and vegetal and floral notes from the green Penja pepper. This blend provides a perfect balance between the sweet flavors of caramelized meats (white), tangy and warm notes (black), and vegetal notes of crushed blackcurrant leaves (green). A roasted lobster tail, a rack of pork, or garlic-sautéed shrimp are just waiting for the three Penja peppers to be enhanced!
