This pepper implanted penja, cameroon is characterized firstly by its volcanic soil naturally rich and balanced and secondly, by invaluable source of water essential to the production of some of its bays. after aeration, the nose expresses animal notes and plant derived from penja white pepper berries, balsamic and fruity pepper penja black and vegetal and floral green penja pepper. this mixture provides a perfect balance of sweet caramelized meat flavors (white), tangy and warm (black) and plant blackcurrant crushed leaves (green).
