The nose is fresh. Citrus, white flowers, and white fruits are present.

The palate is typical of a Touraine Sauvignon. Fresh, slightly acidic, with citrus and white flowers largely predominating.

This is a Sancerre or Pouilly-Fumé with the best value for money, but without the appellation. A very fine product that will perfectly accompany your seafood dishes.
