The Nose is fresh, floral and slightly fruity.

The Palate is round; this is a rather easy-to-drink whisky, with lovely balanced notes of flower, fruit and alcohol. Tart and mentholated notes appear at the end of the palate to complete the whole.

The Unique Whisky Michel Couvreur is made from various malted and unmalted grains, distilled using the "Coffey Still" continuous distillation process, named after one of its inventors. Aged for 4 years in oak casks, The Unique Whisky is reduced to 44% alcohol with pure water from the Pentland Hills.
