Seaweed tartare is a fresh preparation made with wild seaweed from northern Finistère, as well as a cultivated, certified Organic seaweed. They are finely chopped, seasoned, then marinated with organic extra virgin olive oil, which gives them, in addition to their iodized taste, a velvety and smooth olive and herb flavor.

Ingredients

Seaweed 30% (dulse, sea lettuce, wakame), extra virgin olive oil, gherkins in vinegar, onion, capers in vinegar, virgin rapeseed oil, shallots, garlic.

100% of the agricultural ingredients are organically grown.
