This spread is prepared with carefully selected seaweed, an Italian tomato coulis, and an Italian green olive tapenade, also cooked with extra virgin olive oil, capers, garlic, and pepper. A delicious and original seaweed-based spread, to be enjoyed on toast as an appetizer or as a condiment.

The texture is smooth, and the flavors are balanced between the iodine of the seaweed, the sweetness of the tomato, and the hint of acidity from the green olives.

The three seaweeds used are sea lettuce, dulse, and sea beans. These seaweeds are hand-harvested in Brittany (or in Portugal for sea lettuce if there's a shortage); they are processed fresh to guarantee optimal texture and flavors.
