Bergeron apricots are grown using sustainable farming practices in the Drôme des Collines region for their tangy flesh, bright color, and rich aroma. Made from carefully selected fruit, this compote is the result of a gentle process designed to preserve the qualities of the fresh fruit.

Its generous, nostalgic texture, rich in melt-in-the-mouth pieces, is reminiscent of homemade preparations.

Ingredients

Apricot 90.3%, Sugar 8%,, Antioxidant: Acerola extract
Thickener: carob seed flour

Ready to use, it is perfectly suited for numerous applications: inserts, plated desserts, tarts, ice creams, or pastries.
Thawing: 2 to 3 days at 2°C to 4°C.
Shelf life after thawing: 10 days between 2°C and 4°C.
After thawing, mix until smooth with a rubber spatula.

After gently mixing, the fruit compotes can be used directly for verrines, or to marble a batter, sorbet, or ice cream. For other applications such as gelled inserts, they will need to be textured hot or cold.
