The Super Neutrose Gallia To Absorb Residual Water Mixes Composed Of Fresh Or Reconstituted Milk, Sugar, Flavors, Cream Or Butter.

Dried glucose syrup, thickener: locust bean gum (E410), gelling agents: sodium alginate (E401), carrageenan (E407)

Applications:Mainly sorbets, low overrun ice cream

Properties:Anti-crystallizing, provides viscosity, smoothness, and creaminess

Dosage:2 to 5 g/L

Without altering your formulas, dry mix the required amount of Super Neutrose with all or part of the sugar.
Pour this Super Neutrose and sugar pre-mix into all of the liquid while stirring.
Let stand for 15 minutes to allow for maturation
