Stab Pure is a blend of vegetable fibers made from 100% natural ingredients.

It improves viscosity, thereby promoting the aeration and homogenization of your mixture.

Once aerated, it provides a creamy texture and ensures long-lasting stability.

Ingredients

Flax fiber, psyllium fiber

Sorbet and ice cream.

Dosage:5 to 10g/kg of total mass
0.5 to 1% of total mass

Pre-disperse the stabilizer in the powders.
Incorporate the mixture into the liquids while stirring, pasteurize the mix. The product can be used in aqueous or fruit-containing environments. Acid stable.
