Frozen ginger specialty purée is obtained by crushing and refining fruits, from batches of selected and blended varieties to guarantee an aroma, color, and flavor typical of its fruit composition: pineapple and lemon, and ginger. It has a beautiful aromatic richness, a long finish, and a great olfactory intensity. Its sweet taste is enhanced by a generous tangynote. Ginger specialty purée is perfect for gourmet desserts, cocktails, cakes, or all kinds of pastries. Its original flavor also allows for the easy creation of sweet/savorydishes with great harmony.
