They are then free-range fed with pasture, cereals and acorns on farms in Salamanca, Extremadura and Andalusia. The artisanal production and care guarantee their delicious taste and irreplaceable aromas. Bellota sausage comes in very attractive, thinly sliced pieces, cut and presented in its ideal thickness.
