Rouille sauce gets its name from its colour. At Pointe de Penmarc'h, we have developed an original rouille recipe with onions from Brittany. This sauce can be enjoyed with our fish soups or on our croutons.

Water, tomato concentrate, garlic 8.2% (sulfites), sunflower oil, pink onion 6.7%, potato starch, olive oil 2.7%, butter, breadcrumbs (wheatflour, salt, yeast), Guérande salt, rice flour, cumin, red pepper 0.9%, herbs de Provence, cayenne pepper 0.01%.
