The nose is of good intensity, with a background of pleasant freshness and crisp minerality that shows the generosity and balance of a very well-made wine. It offers a classic Sauvignon Blanc palette: citrus, white flowers, white fruits.

The palate has a lively and interesting attack; this wine creates an exquisite and harmonious tension between flavors. There is a lovely presence of citrus and slightly unripe white fruits. The finish has notes of lemon/yuzu. A hint of bergamot can be detected by those sensitive to this aroma.
