Médelys wild rice has an intense brown-black color and anutty, slightly toasted flavor, specific to wild rice. These grains come from aquatic plants that grow mainly in the vast river and lake region of North America. Choose wild ricefor its originality, to accompany your fish or meat, for example with a tasty guinea fowl fricassee with preserved lemons and lemongrass. For proper use of the product, soak the rice for about 1 hourand rinse thoroughly, before cooking it (125g for 4 people per liter) in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain and season to your taste!
