Arborio Rice Along Italy - 1Kg

Arborio long-grain rice is a dish straight from Italy. Its appearance and texture take the form of clean and healthy grains. With a milky white color and a typical, unadulterated smell, this product is perfect for preparing delicious risottos. Here is our small recipe for 4 people. You will need about 300g of Italian Arborio rice, one onion, a knob of butter, a spoon of olive oil, a glass of white wine, 100g of Parmesan cheese, and meat broth. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in butter and oil. Add the rice and mix. Pour in the white wine and cook for a few moments. When the wine is absorbed, add a little broth. Cook for 14 to 15 minutes. When the rice is cooked, add the Parmesan. Enjoy your meal!
