Rum, Trinidad & Tobago

The color is a light amber with golden reflections.

The Nose is very pleasant, oscillating between notes of cocoa, coconut and spicier notes such as juniper berry or clove.

The Palate is round and elegant. Aromas of candied oranges and spices are perceived. The finish is rather fresh, quite unexpectedly, which brings a relatively short length, and this surprise is most pleasant.

Perfect as an aperitif or a digestif.

Aged 3 years in Madeira and then Bourbon barrels.

The Angostura distillery based in Trinidad and Tobago in the heart of the Caribbean. Founded in 1947, it uses only molasses for its Rums and has multiple-pass stills.

Its rums are aged in Bourbon barrels.
