Dauphiné Royans ravioles meet the specifications of the Red Label Raviole du Dauphiné, and are IGP certified. Dauphiné ravioles must be made with a thin dough of soft wheat flour. They are stuffed withfresh cheese, Comté AOP, and buttered parsley. They are shaped like small puffed squares. Their taste is fresh and creamy. To fully optimize the great quality and freshness of this product, bring 2 liters of water to a simmer, with a drizzle of oil or a chicken bouillon cube, then immerse the ravioles in the water. Never boil the ravioles; let them simmer for only one minute and then scoop them from the surface of the water using a slotted spoon. They are fragile
