Golden Médelys raisins have a soft texture, a fruity and sweet taste. The grapes, from "Vitis Vinifera L", after harvesting, are sulfurized, then dried in the shade and fumigated. They are then destemmed, washed, sorted, and oiled. The "Golden" color of the grapes is obtained by bleaching with sulfur dioxide on the fresh fruit. Ideal in the preparation ofchicken taginewith onions and raisins , chicken curry with rice with slivered almondsand raisins, or the Lebanese Qatayefs recipe.
