Ideal for sorbets, ice creams and granitas, fruit jellies, desserts, and macarons. Or for savory preparations such as vinaigrettes and cold dishes. You can also create cocktails or sparkling drinks with watermelon puree.

Watermelon 100%

To preserve the quality of the fruit purée, thaw it in its closed packaging at +2/+4°C.

To facilitate unmolding or cutting, remove the lid and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes, or run it under lukewarm water for 30 seconds.

Thaw the entire frozen purée and mix it for optimal homogeneity.

Thawing and storage are the responsibility of the user, in compliance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.
