The Refrigerated Mashed Cherry Has A Smooth Texture Crimson Color And Typical Flavor Of The Product. Ponthier Purees Are Made From Fruit, From Carefully Selected Varieties, Harvested According To Their Maturity.

Ingredients

Morello cherry (90%), sugar

Maison Ponthier has selected an Oblacinska sour cherry grown at an altitude of 400 metres in Serbia. Sour cherry trees are small, fragile trees that require special care, so the cherries must be harvested by hand when they are fully ripe. This variety offers juicy, tart and particularly sweet flesh. It also has a deep, intense purplish-red colour.
