Maison Ponthier has selected an Oblacinska sour cherry grown at an altitude of 400 metres in Serbia. Sour cherry trees are small, fragile trees that require special care, so the cherries must be harvested by hand when they are fully ripe. This variety offers juicy, tart and particularly sweet flesh. It also has a deep, intense purplish-red colour.
