Yuzu Puree Frozen Is Obtained By Crushing And Refining Fruit, From Selected Varieties Of Items And Assemblies To Ensure Odor, Color And Flavor Typical Of Fresh Fruit. She Has A Rich Aroma, A Long Finish And A Strong Olfactory Intensity. The Mild Sweetness Is Raised By A Generous Hint Of Acidity And A Hint Of Bitterness.

Ingredients

100% Yuzu.

To preserve the quality of the fruit purée, thaw it in its closed packaging at +2/+4°C.

To facilitate unmolding or cutting, remove the lid and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes, or run it under lukewarm water for 30 seconds.

Thaw the entire purée and mix it for optimal homogeneity.

Thawing and storage are the responsibility of the user, in compliance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.
