It has a rich aromatic profile, a generous length on the palate, and a gentle olfactory intensity. Its slightly sweet taste is enhanced by a hint of acidity and bitterness. Mirabelle plum puree is perfect for gourmet desserts, cocktails, cakes, or all kinds ofpastries. Its subtly sweet flavor makes it easy to create sweet/savorydishes with great ease and harmony. To obtain a perfectly homogeneous quality product, Les vergers Boiron recommends thawing the entire product.
