To ensure optimal quality, the small black berries are harvested there at perfect ripeness, guaranteeing a particularly juicy and tangy flesh. Our Serbian Willamette raspberry is grown at an altitude of 600 to 1000m, which gives it a more pronounced, tangy and fragrant taste. The recipe also includes Oblacinska sour cherry, which gives the puree and coulis a beautiful acidity and a very appealing color, as well as Camarosa & Senga Sengana strawberries, synonymous with sweetness and freshness.
