Sun-drenched, their flesh is particularly flavorful, their aroma powerful, their color vibrant, their acidity balanced, and their bitterness slight. Thanks to these many qualities, Sicilian tangerines have been selected to illustrate the Slow Food Foundation's projects dedicated to biodiversity.
