Indeed, The Small Polish Red Berries Are Particularly Juicy And Refreshing, Very Sour Taste. Moreover, The Fruit Seeds Are Carefully Removed In The Production Of Ponthier Puree, Comprised Solely Of The Soft Flesh Of Fruits And So Free From Any Trace Of Bitterness. There Is Also The Irresistible Pink, Bright And Radiant Mashed Currant Ponthier, Which Gives Recipes A Tasty Appearance And Vivid.

90% redcurrant, sugar. No preservatives or artificial colours.

Currants are native to Central Europe, and redcurrant bushes are very cold-hardy. Maison Ponthier therefore selected the fruits used to produce its currant purée in Poland. Indeed, Polish red berries are particularly juicy and refreshing, with a very tart taste. Furthermore, the seeds are meticulously removed during the production of PONTHIER purée, which consists solely of the fruit's soft flesh, thus removing any trace of bitterness. Also noteworthy is the irresistible vibrant and radiant pink color of PONTHIER currant purée, which gives recipes a delicious and dazzling appearance.

For the preparation of mousses, bavarois, entremets, sorbets and ice creams, fruit jellies, cocktails and fruit juices, smoothies and siphon foams
