Frozen pomegranate puree is obtained by crushing and refining fruit, from batches of selected and blended varieties to ensure an aroma, color, and flavor typical of fresh fruit. It possesses a slight aromatic richness, as well as a lingering taste and olfactory intensity. Its slightly sweet and tangy taste is enhanced by a hint of bitterness. Pomegranate puree is perfect for gourmet desserts, cocktails, cakes, or all kinds of pastries. Its original flavor also makes it easy to create sweet and savory dishes with great ease and harmony. To obtain a perfectly homogeneous quality product, Les vergers Boiron advises you to thaw the entire product. If necessary, you can also thaw the product in its original packaging in a bain-marie or microwave at moderate temperature.
