Mashed Berries Frozen Vergers Boiron Is Obtained By Crushing And Refining Fruit From Selected Varieties Of Items And Assemblies To Ensure Odor, Color And Typical Flavor Of Fresh Fruit Mixture. It Has An Interesting Long Finish, A Nice Olfactory Intensity And Rich Aroma. The Mild Sweetness Is Raised By A Touch Of Acidity And A Bitter Sweet.

Ingredients

100% fruit (blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, blackcurrant)

To preserve the quality of the fruit puree, defrost it in its closed packaging at +2/+4°C.

To facilitate demoulding or cutting, remove the lid and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes, or run it under lukewarm water for 30 seconds.

Defrost the entire puree and mix it for optimal consistency.

Defrosting and storage are the responsibility of the user, in compliance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.
