Ponthier chilled blackcurrant purée combines renowned blackcurrant varieties: Noir de Bourgogne, Black Down, and Andega. The first is distinguished by its smooth, shiny skin, ranging from deep blue to licorice black, and its firm, particularly juicy and tart flesh. The second is a cross between the Baldwin and Brödtorp varieties and brings together many advantages, producing firm, medium-sized fruits of a purplish-black color, with a very good taste quality, sweet and sugary, with controlled acidity. The last offers a sweet and textured juice thanks to generously sized berries.
