Puree Frozen Bergamot Vergers Boiron Is Obtained By Crushing And Refining Fruit From Selected Varieties Of Items And Assemblies To Ensure Odor, Color And Flavor Typical Of Fresh Fruit. It Has An Interesting Long Finish, A Slight Odor Intensity And A Pleasant Aromatic Richness. Its Tartness Comes With A Nice Bitterness And A Slightly Sweet Note.

100% Italian Bergamot.

To preserve the quality of the fruit purée, thaw it in its closed packaging at +2/+4°C.

To make unmolding or cutting easier, remove the lid and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes, or run it under lukewarm water for 30 seconds.

Thaw the entire frozen fruit purée and mix it for optimal consistency.

Thawing and storage are the responsibility of the user, in compliance with good hygiene practices and HACCP.
