Boiron orchards frozen sea buckthorn purée is obtained by crushing and refining fruitsfrom selected and blended varieties to guarantee an aroma, color, and flavor typical of the fresh fruit. It has an interesting length on the palate, a beautiful olfactory intensity, and a rich aromatic profile. Its slightly sweet taste is enhanced by a hint of bitterness and a nice acidity. This product is perfect for gourmet desserts, Bavarian creams, or all kinds of pastries, but also for sweet/savoryrecipes such as sea buckthorn chicken with grapes and rosemary. To obtain a perfectly homogeneous quality product, Les vergers Boiron advises you to defrost the entire product. If necessary, you can also defrost the product in its original packaging in a bain-marie or in the microwave at a moderate temperature.
