The Sea Buckthorn Puree Frozen Vergers Boiron Is Obtained By Crushing And Refining Fruit From Selected Varieties Of Items And Assemblies To Ensure Odor, Color And Flavor Typical Of Fresh Fruit. It Has An Interesting Long Finish, A Nice Olfactory Intensity And Rich Aroma. The Mild Sweetness Is Enhanced By A Hint Of Bitterness And A Nice Acidity.

Ingredients

100% sea buckthorn.

To preserve the quality of the fruit puree, defrost it in its closed packaging at +2/+4°C.

To facilitate demoulding or cutting, remove the lid and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes, or run it under lukewarm water for 30 seconds.

Defrost all of the frozen fruit puree and mix it for optimal homogeneity.

Defrosting and storage are the responsibility of the user, in compliance with good hygiene practices and HACCP.
