The Rhône Valley has traditionally been a major supplier of apricots. Maison PONTHIER has selected the Bergeron apricot from the Rhône Valley, the ideal terroir for this variety. The specificity of the Bergeron variety is that it produces apricots of very good taste quality, tangy, fleshy, flavorful, tender and fragrant. In the orchards of our partner producers, harvesting is entirely done by hand in several stages, which allows us to use fruits at the peak of their ripeness, bursting with sugar.
