Boiron Les Vergers Frozen Fruit Purée Cranberry Morello Cherry combines the intensity of cranberry with the tart sweetness of morello cherry. This professional fruit purée offers a subtle balance of freshness, vibrancy, and fruity notes, ideal for original creations.

Ingredients

Sour Cherry 36%, Cranberry 64%

To preserve the quality of the fruit purée, thaw it in its closed packaging at +2/+4°C.

To facilitate unmolding or cutting, remove the lid and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes, or run it under lukewarm water for 30 seconds.

Thaw the entire purée and mix it for optimal homogeneity.

Thawing and storage are the responsibility of the user, in compliance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.
