Polenta Fine - 1Kg

Fine polenta is made from yellow corn semolina obtained from seeds. This grainy texture has a taste and smell typical of corn. It is usually used as a side dish, but not exclusively; this product of Italian origin will make you think differently about cooking. Polenta will replace the bread you usually use for your pesto and Parma ham or warm goat cheese and pesto toasts. It will pair perfectly with your gourmet desires, like a gratinéed Polenta with Comté cheese, for example. Ideal for sweet and savory dishes, it is also found in our desserts. To optimize the product, dilute 60g of polenta per person in 4 times its volume of boiling water. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring. Salt, then place in a dish and let rest for 2 minutes.
