Pectin X-58 Has A Fine Powder Creamy White To Beige Light, Completely Odorless. This Agent Texture Of Thickening Or Gelling Type Gives A Firm Gel, Glossy, Very Good Elastic Gelled Texture And Pleasant When It Comes Into Interaction With Calcium.

Ingredients

Gelling agent: Low-methoxyl amidated pectin (E440ii): sucrose or dextrose, sequestrant: disodium diphosphate (E450i) (Max. 20%)*, tricalcium phosphate E341iii (Max. 5%)*

*Maximum P2O5 content: 11.93%

Neutral or low-sugar glazes

Properties:Gelling, thermoreversible, freezer-stable

Dosage:10 to 15 g / kg of mass - 1 to 1.5% of total mass
