You can use it for a filet mignon en papillote recipe, for making spring rolls, savory pastries, or even various pastillas. Have fun transforming it into a container, for a tartlet for example, to impress your guests. Phyllo dough can also add a crispy touch to your culinary creations (this product must be cooked before consumption).

If you want to use frozen phyllo dough, keep it in the refrigerator the day before, in its packaging, to prevent it from drying out too quickly.
