Traditional Pastis obtained by maceration and distillation of various seeds (gentian, absinthe, star anise, mugwort...)

The color is caramel with a beautiful brilliance and perfect clarity.

The Nose is subtle, with a very elegant character, featuring beautiful notes of anise, fennel, and licorice.

The Palate is very refined and elegant. It unfolds in 3 stages: an aniseed attack followed by herbaceous and floral notes, and finally beautiful licorice notes.

This lovely pastis is traditionally enjoyed with iced water, but can also be used to flambé prawns with tarragon. It's sublime!
