Ingredients

wheatflour, orange marmalade 25% (glucose-fructose syrup, orange pulp 5%, gelling agent: pectins, acidity regulator: citric acid, orange essential oil), honey 21%, sugar, inverted sugar syrup, salted egg yolk (eggyolk, salt), raising agents (sodium carbonates, ammonium carbonates), natural orange flavouring.

The "nonnette" is a small, round gingerbread cake with 21% honey and an orange-filled center (25%), topped with a thin glaze.

It is made in the Centre-Val de Loire Region.
