Les Noix De Cajou Sont Enrobées D’Un Mélange D’Eau Et De Sel. Elles Sont Ensuite Torréfiées À Sec Dans Un Four De Grillage. Un Mélange Avec De L’Arôme De Truffe Et De La Brisure De Truffe Noire (Tuber Melanosporum) Se Fait Par Séchage.

- Roasted & Salted Cashew Nuts* (cashew nuts*, salt) 97.55%
- Black Truffle Pieces (Tuber Melanosporum Truffles 100%, Truffle juice, salt) 1.10%
- Black truffle flavor 0.75%
- Egg white* powder (egg white* powder 100%) 0.45%
- Salt 0.15%

The cashews are coated with a mixture of water and salt. They are then dry-roasted in a roasting oven. A mixture with Truffle flavour and black Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) pieces is then added by drying.
