The green tarragon mustard is prepared according to traditional Dijon know-how. The mustard seedsare mainly grown in Burgundy. They are ground with a stone mill, which preserves their taste quality. They are then mixed with vinegar, water, salt, and tarragon leaves. Its flavor is mild and herbaceous. It pairs well with poultry and vegetables such as asparagus and green beans. You can create a sauce by mixing tarragon mustard and fresh cream.
