Dijon mustard 40% (water, brown mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, acid: citric acid, preservative: E224 (sulphites)), malt vinegar (barley) 27%, water, wheatflour, sugar, spirit vinegar, salt, honey 1.4%, spices and herbs 0.8% (turmeric, cinnamon, garlic, nutmeg, onion, cayenne pepper, celeryseeds, cloves, white mustard seeds, tarragon).

Savora mustard's name comes from the word "savor". Its taste is similar to certain pickles or chutneys, the accompaniments served on British tables in the 19th century, a legacy from India. Savora is somewhat misleadingly called a mustard as it contains very little of the condiment and does not have the pungent taste of mustard. Its particularity is that it is composed of eleven spices and aromatics: pepper, cinnamon, Cayenne pepper, nutmeg, turmeric, clove, celery, garlic, tarragon, etc. Its rather mild and savory taste with a delicately sweettouch will add even more deliciousness to your preparations.
