The whole grain mustard with white wine is prepared in accordance with Dijon's traditional savoir-faire. The mustard seedsare primarily grown in Burgundy. They are ground with a stone mill, which preserves their taste quality. They are then mixed with vinegar, water, salt, and white wine. The small mustard grains give it character and texture.
