Our partner works exclusively with the Hochfelden agricultural cooperative (30 minutes from the factory) where all the Alsatian seeds (brown and yellow) produced by their 34 farmers (to date) are stored.

The company has existed since 1873, with over 150 years of expertise, a short supply chain, local and Alsatian origin, and a rigorous selection of suppliers, farmers, and their raw materials.

Strong mustard accompanies all meats and sausages. It is also used in mayonnaise to give it flavor and help it emulsify.
