Dijon mustard is a strong mustard with an international reputation. It is made using traditional stone-ground methods by Moutarderie Fallotfrom brown mustard seeds and vinegar. Enhanced with Périgord walnutpowder, it gains in creaminess and complexity.

It is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meats and can be used in vinaigrettes.
